Terms and Conditions of Use of the Application

1. User Registration and Data

To use this application, it is essential to be registered as a user. The registration process requires users to provide basic personal information and a valid credit card as a guarantee in order to make bookings.

2. Booking Functionality

The application allows registered users to make immediate taxi bookings using the device's current geographical location and specifying a destination.

3. Estimated Trip Information

Once the booking request is made, the application will display an estimated mileage and price for the trip. This information is indicative and does not represent the final cost of the service.

4. Payment Method

The service amount must be paid directly to the taxi driver providing the service, according to the conditions established by the driver (cash or card).

5. Taxi Assignment and Tracking

Once a taxi is assigned, the application will notify the user of the assigned vehicle details, including the model and license plate.

When the taxi is on its way to the pick-up location, the user will receive a notification in the application.

Additionally, a notification will be sent when the taxi has arrived at the pick-up point.

IMPORTANT: Before starting the service, inform the driver that you requested the taxi through the app. Make sure the taxi that arrived matches the license plate, make, and model shown in the app to avoid a no-show penalty.

6. No-show Penalty

If the customer is not present at the pick-up location when the taxi arrives, the driver may cancel the service.

This situation will incur a €10 penalty, which will be charged to the credit card provided by the user during registration.

7. Service Completion

At the end of the trip, the application will notify the user that the service has ended.

9. Invoice Request

If the user wishes to request an invoice for the service, they must contact info@taxismenorca.com.

The issuance of the invoice may involve management fees, which will be communicated to the user in advance.
